Our  RETURNSpolicy

RETURN POLICY:

RooBear Co will accept return items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed , not damaged or faulty . You have 14 days from when you placed your order to instigate a return.

  1. Make a return

  2. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer. The original delivery cost is non-refundable.

  3. RooBear Co products must be in the original condition that you received them in.

  4. Once you have completed the returns form, RooBear Co will email you with instructions on where to send your products to.

  5. When we have received your returned item(s) and the returns criteria has been met, we will refund you the purchased amount.  

  6. Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed.

Items that cannot be returned are:

  1. Personalised items

  2. Sale items

 

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED, MODIFIED, OR CANCELED AFTER CHECKOUT.

 

Faulty item(s) process:

If your RooBear Co products are faulty when you receive them, please contact customer services within 3 days.

If we are not informed within 3 days of you receiving your product, then you will no longer be eligible for a return or refund.

Also please include a photo of the faulty item and a brief description of the fault in your email to customer services. Please remember that every order is packaged by hand and everything is thoroughly checked beforehand.
